Aminata Bamba is an inclusive, impact-driven project manager with a strong commitment to advancing social change. A trained sociologist with a degree in social innovation and local development, she leverages her dual expertise in project management and expert network facilitation to design practical solutions that serve communities and strengthen local ecosystems.
With extensive international experience, she has coordinated several strategic programs for the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Côte d'Ivoire, including the SWEDD initiative (Women's Empowerment and Demographic Dividend in the Sahel) and the PMNDPE (Multisectoral Nutrition and Early Childhood Development Project). Her leadership has driven community-based initiatives focused on gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, and nutrition. She has also trained intermediaries, managed program budgets, and communicated results to donors and institutional partners.
Currently serving as a Social and Solidarity Economy Strategy Consultant at France Active Métropole, Aminata leads the Local Support Mechanism (DLA), a strategic tool for strengthening the operational and strategic capacities of SSE organizations. She designs and delivers tailored support programs, conducts in-depth assessments, mobilizes sector experts, and facilitates workshops and webinars to foster consolidation, professionalization, and impact.
Aminata actively contributes to community initiatives, where she trains, facilitates, and supports diverse audiences.
